Mokie is a mindful eating coaching programme designed to support people using or transitioning off GLP-1 weight loss medications. It includes educational content, guided audio sessions, a 7-day challenge, and an AI coaching tool.

Important: Mokie is not a medical service, and nothing in the programme constitutes medical advice. The content is for educational and behavioural support purposes only. Always consult your healthcare provider regarding your medication, diet, or health conditions.

Access to Mokie is personal to you. Your login credentials are for your individual use only and must not be shared with others. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Intellectual property

All content within Mokie — including audio sessions, written lessons, the 5-skill framework, and programme structure — is the intellectual property of Dr Jessica Mok. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use this content for your own private use during your active subscription period.

Pricing and payment

Access to Mokie is currently priced at £29 per year. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Prices may change for new members, but any change will not affect your current subscription period.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with Mokie within your first 14 days, contact us at hello@mokie.app and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

After 14 days, purchases are non-refundable. This is in line with UK consumer regulations for digital content that has been accessed.

Availability and changes

Mokie is an early-stage product and we are actively developing it. We reserve the right to update, modify, or add content at any time. We will not remove core programme content during an active subscription period without notice. Occasionally the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mokie and Dr Jessica Mok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the programme. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for access.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
